Escroquerie du réchauffement climatique anthropique : Une lettre ouverte de 125 scientifiques au secrétaire général de l'ONU...

Le 9 Novembre de cette année, vous avez dit à l'assemblée générale :

« Des conditions de météo extrêmes dûes au changement climatique sont devenues la norme... Notre défi demeure clair et urgent: réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre, pour renforcer l'adaptation à... des chocs climatiques encore plus importants... et pour atteindre un accord légal avant 2015... Ceci devrait être une des leçons primordiales tirée de l'ouragan Sandy. »

Le 13 Novembre, vous avez dit à Yale: « La science est claire; nous ne devrions plus perdre plus de temps à débattre. »

Le lendemain, dans l'émission sur internet d'Al Gore « Dirty Weather », vous avez parlé « de tempêtes plus graves, de sécheresses plus dramatiques, de grandes inondations », et avez conclu : « Il y a deux semaines, l'ouragan Sandy a frappé la côte Est des Etats-Unis. Une nation a vu la réalité du changement climatique. Cela va coûter des dizaines de milliards de dollars. Le prix de l'inaction sera encore plus important. Nous devons réduire notre dépendance en émissions de carbone. »

Nous, soussignés, tous qualifiés en matière de climatologie, désirons déclarer que la connaissance scientifique actuelle ne soutient aucunement vos affirmations.

Le bureau britannique du MET a récemment publié des données montrant qu'il n'y a pas eu de réchauffement climatique statistiquement signifiant depuis bientôt 16 ans. Durant cette période, d'après la National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) américaine, les concentrations de dioxyde de carbone (CO2) ont augmenté de 9% pour constituer maintenant 0,039% de l'atmosphère. Le réchauffement climatique qui ne s'est pas produit ne peut pas avoir causé les conditions météorologiques extrêmes de ces dernières années. Quand, si et comment un réchauffement atmosphérique va se reproduire est inconnu. La science n'est pas claire. Quelques scientifiques mettent en évidence qu'un refroidissement naturel à court-terme, en liaison avec des influences solaires, est également une possibilité distincte.

Les « plus grands chocs climatiques » que vous avez mentionnés seraient bien pires si le monde se refroidissait plutôt que se réchauffait. Le climat change naturellement en permanence, parfois de manière dramatique. L'hypothèse que nos émisions de CO2 ont causé, ou vont causer, un réchauffement dangereux n'est soutenue par aucune preuve.

L'incidence et la sévérité d'une météo extrême n'a pas augmenté. Il y a très peu d'évidence que des évènements dangereux liés à la météo vont se produire plus fréquemment dans le futur. Le GIEC de l'ONU dit dans son Special Report on Extreme Weather (2012) qu'il y a « une absence de signal d'attribution de changement climatique » dans la tendance des pertes de conditions météorologiques extrêmes. Les fonds octroyés en ce moment pour essayer d'arrêter les conditions extrêmes du temps devraient ainsi être dirigés au renforcement de nos infrastructures afin d'être capables de résister à ces évènements naturels inévitables et à aider les communautés à rebâtir après des catastrophes naturelles comme par exemple la tempête tropicale Sandy.

Il n'y a aucune raison valide pour les décisions de politique restrictive à l'encontre du public proposées par la conférence de l'ONU sur le climat au Qatar. Une analyse rigoureuse et impartiale des données ne soutient en aucun cas les projections futures des prédictions des modèles informatiques pour un réchauffement climatique, modèles qui ont été prouvés exagérer le réchauffement et ses effets.

Le rapport de la NOAA « State of the Climate in 2008 » a établi que 15 ans ou plus sans aucune statistique signifiante de réchauffement indiquerait une divergence entre l'observation et la prédiction. Seize ans sans réchauffement ont donc maintenant prouvé que les modèles informatiques sont faux de par le critère de leurs propres créateurs.

Sur ces considérations, nous demandons que vous vous désistiez d'exploiter la misère de familles de ceux qui ont perdus leur vie ou leur propriété dans la tempête tropicale Sandy en faisant des affirmations qui ne peuvent être soutenues concernant le fait que des influences humaines ont causé cette tempête. Cela n'est pas vrai. Nous vous demandons également de reconnaître que les actions politiques des Nations-Unies, ou des nations signataires de l'UNFCCC, qui visent à réduire les émissions de CO2 n'auront vraisemblablement aucune influence sur le climat futur. Les politiques climatiques se doivent donc de se focaliser plus sur la préparation et l'adaptation à de dangereux évènements climatiques quelque soit leur origine.

5000 Year Old UFO Vimana Discovered in Afghanistan

A 5000 year old Vimana, an aerial vehicle from ancient India was recently discovered in a cave in Afghanistan, stuck in a “Time Well” that has caused the disappearance of at least 8 American Soldiers trying the extract it from the cave. The discovery caused a flurry of high level visits to the area by some powerful leaders of the western world.

“Vimana” is a word with several meanings ranging from temple or palace to mythological flying machines described in Sanskrit epics.

Reference to ancient Indian flying vehicles comes from ancient Indian sources, many are the well known ancient Indian Epics, and there are literally hundreds of them. Most of them have not even been translated into English yet from the old Sanskrit.
It is claimed that a few years ago, the Chinese discovered some sanskrit documents in Lhasa, Tibet and sent them to the University of Chandrigarh to be translated. Dr. Ruth Reyna of the University said recently that the documents contain directions for building interstellar spaceships!
Their method of propulsion, she said, was “anti-gravitational” and was based upon a system analogous to that of “laghima,” the unknown power of the ego existing in man’s physiological makeup, “a centrifugal force strong enough to counteract all gravitational pull.”

According to Hindu Yogis, it is this “laghima” which enables a person to levitate. Dr. Reyna said that on board these machines, which were called “Astras” by the text, the ancient Indians could have sent a detachment of men onto any planet, according to the document, which is thought to be thousands of years old. The manuscripts were also said to reveal the secret of “antima”, “the cap of invisibility” and “garima”, “how to become as heavy as a mountain of lead.”

The Baltic Anomaly

Baltic Anomaly: Far Stranger Than Any UFO Discovery

This is turning into one of the most amazing and perplexing discoveries in history. If you thought all of the questions surrounding the Baltic anomaly would be answered by the return trip, then you’d be wrong.  The OceanX team have discovered right angles, walls with absolutely smooth surfaces and cavities-like corridors inside the object as well as something resembling a staircase – the weird just got weirder.

From the different reports and interviews given we have amassed the following details of the anomaly.

• Completely circular plate-like exterior.

• 180 metres in circumference.

• Object is 200ft accross mushroom shaped comprising a thick pillar rising 8 metres out of the seabed with a 4 metre thick dome on top (like a mushroom shape) – rising a total of 12 metres (approx 40 feet) high above the surrounding seabed.
  

• Cavities-like corridors inside the object.

• Straight and smooth walls  in certain areas with many right angles.

• There are visible formations on top of the object, which are set at a 90 degree angle and look like passageways or walls, as well as something that looks like it could be a staircase.

• Stone circles, like “fireplaces”, of hard black “almost petrified” burnt looking stone each a few inches in diameter, like 4 or 5 pearls in a necklace in various arrangements on top of the dome.

• Spherical object nicknamed “The Meringue” (pictured below) is 4 metres wide and sits on top of the object.

• Twenty-five centimetre hole on top of the object, it’s not known yet where it leads or what if anything is inside.

• Long runway or “skid marks” leading to object point north.
  

The latest revelations of right angles, walls with absolutely smooth surfaces and cavities-like corridors inside the object are if possible, far stranger than any UFO could ever hope to be. In fact a UFO find would now seem positively mundane.

Very poor visibility down to only several feet in the Baltic because of all the sediment.

Now it seems that as more and more information is revealed, the mystery surrounding the object grows.  The good news for everyone who is intrigued by this story is that a THIRD expedition by the team will set off in approximately two weeks – the OceanX team will be hoping to rule out some of the possible explanations and collect even more data to shed light on this most perplexing mystery.

In a recent Swedish radio interview, Aasberg described some amazing features which seem to indicate that the object is man made, or perhaps a natural formation that has been altered or engineered.  In various radio and TV interviews the team have described the surfaces of the dome to be similar to concrete both in texture and appearance.  The massive pillar on which the dome rests may be made of a different material indicating that the entire anomaly may not be one complete piece but rather two separate objects with the dome resting on top of the main pillar, and if so, who or what placed the dome on top?  Also, when we say pillar – this is a pillar that is approx 180-190 feet thick.

“We arrived there twice, and the question mark has become so much bigger now, “says Dennis Åsberg.The area is a completely circular plate with 180 metres in circumference, and therefore believed that it was the first traces of a meteor.”

“But there are 1,500-metre track in bed until the subject matter-and they have also discovered right angles, walls with absolutely smooth surfaces and cavities-like corridors inside the object.– When we went out and saw the walls which were straight and smooth, it was frightening, as in a science-fiction film, “says Dennis Åsberg on Ocean x-team as soon exploring the unknown object again.“

Stone Circles or “Fireplaces”

During the dive, the team swam slowly over the top of the object looking down where they encountered the first of many strange sights. Stone circles, like “fireplaces”, of hard black “almost petrified” burnt looking stone each a few inches in diameter, like 4 or 5 pearls in a necklace in various arrangements on top of the dome some 12 metres high off the seabed. The stones appear to be arranged in definite circular shapes, so there is no possibility of this being done through any natural process of weathering or even glaciation.

Stefan Hogeborn, 47, is a veteran of 6000 dives spanning his 20 year career and is one of the expert divers who was completely mesmerized by what he saw. “Normally stones don’t burn,” Hogeborn said. “I can’t explain what we saw, and I went down there to answer questions, but I came up with even more questions,” he added.

The Hole

Also visible and shown in some of the released video footage is a strange hole  (pictured below) in the top of the object.  The hole is described to be approx 25 cm in diameter.  Where it leads to or exactly what it’s purpose is is yet unknown.  It is thought that this feature will be investigated further when the team return to the site again in 2 weeks time.

What is the strange hole and where does it lead?

The Trail or Path Leading To The Object

In the initial sonar imagery there appeared to be what looked 1000+ metres of what looked like like skid marks or a disturbed seafloor area leading to the object.  According to the dive team what it now looks like to them is what can only be described as a “runway” or “downhill path” that is flattened at the seabed with the object at the end of it. Co-Founder Peter Lindberg describes this feature of the site as a ridge raising slowly up from the bottom to a height of approx 8 meters above the surrounding bottom. He  also believes that this ridge is made of softer material than the pillar and the dome.

The second anomaly

Some 200 metres away lies the second strange anomaly which is amazingly yet to be explored!  The initial sidescan sonar images show something described by the team as shaped like a “gothic church window”.  Similar to the main anomaly this object also has an area leading up to it of disturbed seafloor or what could be a ridge.  The divers were so amazed by the main anomaly that they simply didn’t have time to dive on the second one.  The return trip in two weeks time should present an opportunity for this to finally be explored.

There is the real possibility that the second anomaly may help give clues to the origin and nature of the main object.

The Remote Viewers Were Correct

Several weeks before the second expedition several set off, several remote viewers described the anomaly in “blind” sessions where all they were given was a target reference number.  The preliminary findings of the OceanX expedition have confirmed some remarkable similarities and details which were amazingly predicted by the remote viewers.

One of the remote viewers described the anomaly as the same feeling as “very large” , “light grey”, “looks like cement colour”, “like a dam – but it’s not a dam, but it reminds me of a dam, just that it’s so big, massive and huge, going down whenever you stood and you look down on it, on a dam and I can see how it just moves down away from me”.

Another viewer described it as round, semi-buried, thick, from above to below ground, AOL “like a weapons bunker or missile silo tube, something like that, way thicker than it ought to be or you would expect,”

“It just so straight up and down inside ,the Millennium Falcon from the Empire Strikes Back”.

(Editor’s Note: An AOL is what Remote Viewers refer to when an image of the target comes into their mind)

Lindberg too was impressed with the quality of the data predicted by the remote viewers - “Regarding the “remote viewing”: Yes, the last guy gives quite a spooky resembling explanation. Maybe he’s right if we find any more holes” – he said.

“3D Multibeam sonar data take a while to process. It will not be until end of next week we will be able to see the first 3D images from the area. I have seen the raw data though and if what I have seen will be confirmed by the finished result we will get some quite amazing facts to think about.”

“More pictures will come, no more diver taken pictures though, not before until next expedition.  The production company is right now working with the ROV films and still pictures from them will be released. Before the expedition” – “It is up to the production company, who makes the documentary, which pictures will be released.”

The Meringue

Initially when the first images were released by Swedish media the image below caused a lot of confusion for many people, with many thinking the image showed the complete anomaly.

However, after the confusion cleared it became obvious that the image below was of something now nicknamed “The Meringue”.  The meringue as it is now known is a circular 4 meter wide feature that actually sits on top of the main 200 foot wide mushroom-like dome. What looks like the seabed towards the bottom of the feature is in fact the TOP of the mushroom dome.  The seabed is another 40 feet further down!

Resolution of the object

Lindberg was asked, “What kind of resolution/accuracy can be expect of the ROV? (Remotely Operated Vehicle)“,  he  said – “Bad resolution, we have been sponsored by Ocean Modules with an “older” model of the V8 Sii ROV. It should not be able to send both video and the “real time sonar” images at the same time through a 450 meter cable (which we had) but it worked, though on the expense of the quality of the video. On the next expedition they will provide us with a newer model and then we will probably get much better quality on the video.”

He continued – “They do not know about all we have seen with the ROV. It take some time to tape everything over to a format with which they can use, and people have their working hours. I think though that they must be like 10 persons working with this now.”

Rock samples

In a recent Facebook Q&A the loose stones that make up the “fireplaces” sitting on top of the dome were discussed with co-founder Peter Lindberg – “So have any scientists results been brought back from the samples yet Peter?” – “We have recovered two loose stones laying on the circle. They are doing lab tests on the stones right now. But I think we will find that they are made of quite common minerals. I believe that since there is loose stones laying on the circle the circle must be from pre-ice age. The ice has dropped the stones when it melted away.”

“I do not know but if I must bet my money on something I would go for the possibility that the circle is of pre-ice age – age.”

Unexplained Equipment Failure

A curious phenomena that has been experienced by the dive team is one of constant electrical equipment failure when they are in close proximity to the anomaly and could be related to a magnetic disturbance in the area.

“Why isn’t anything working, anything electric out there and the satellite phone as well stopped working when we were above the object and then we got away about 200 meters and it turned on again and when we got back over the object it didn’t work so that’s kind of strange as well.” - Stefan Hogeborn

“The divers said that a “blackish” powder had been attracted to the camera,  I did not see it myself though.  Another thing is that we could not use the satellite phone when we where laying above the circle, but just some tenth of meters off position the phone worked.  I do not know why but it is a fact. Furthermore, the video camera’s lights blow when the diver started them up on the surface when testing them before dive # 2. They decided anyway to bring the video camera with them and try to use their ordinary lights to illuminate for the video. When they descended the video camera started to showing an “error” message on the small monitor”. – Peter Lindberg

“The diver restarted the camera several times and finally it seamed to work.  So he filmed their dive but nothing was on the tape when watching it afterwards. The only problem we had with the ROV was that we constantly had to restart the sonar. Finally it did not work and we continued with just the video camera. When we left the circle we went to a wreck and spent like 35 hour of ROV flying on the wreck and the sonar worked all the time. Magnetic disturbances, well you tell me!”

“Someone asked about what temperature we had down there. Well the divers thermometer showed -1 degree Celsius when they were on top of the circle, it should be +4 degree Celsius. The thermometer may have showing a wrong value of course.”

“We looked at our dive computer, the deep sea diver computer, and it said minus one degree that’s pretty cold for a diver it should really be impossible to have that cold water it actually turns into ice at zero degrees but that could be explained by the movement of the water.” – Stefan Hogeborn, Professional Diver

“I can not reveal the truth before I have all the facts. Till then everything is pure speculations, even from my side. I have not thought about if it can be hollowed, I have not even penetrated the surface yet…”

“We still have some months before it is too late going out to the site. But as it looks like now it will be last expedition for us. I think a real scientific team should take over and make a real scientific expedition to the area. After all, we are just wreck hunters who’s trying to find out what we a have discovered.”

Can it be brought to the surface?

When asked if there was the possibility of bringing the object to the surface, Lindberg was quick to respond with an emphatic – “God no! It must weight tremendous much, like thousands of tons”

The Straight Lines / Grooves

The original sonar images show large and unbelievably straight grooves or lines in the structure.  When someone on the Facebook group speculated that the grooves were a few tens of centimetres, Lindberg wasted no time in correcing them  – “No the graves are more like 1-1,5 meter wide and 0,5-1,5 meters deep.” Later he said – “The lines can be made by natural causes, but they looks very “man made”.

Peter Lindberg shares his thoughts

A few days ago co-founder of the OceanX Team Peter Lindberg popped into the OceanX Facbook page for an impromptu question and answer session which was utterly fascinating.

Hello friends, I have not written anything here in a while, can maybe be explained by the fact that I have really been out there… I will drop you some of my believes:

1. I do not believe that the circle is a wreckage of an flying craft from WWII till recent time (or from some thousands of year back for that matter).

2. I do not believe the circle is a wreckage of any kind of known floating vessels from the past or from modern time.

3. I do not believe the circle is a construction made by someone after the ice age (submarine bases etc included).

4. I do believe the surface of the circle is made of mineral.

5. I do believe that the surface looks like concrete through the ROV camera but I do not believe it’s made of concrete.

6. I do believe that the very strait lines and angular formations we can see on the side scan sonar image from last year really excists. The odd thing is that I thought, before this expedition that when we could get close these shapes maybe should appear not being so straight as on the side scan sonar image, in reality they are even straighter! It really looks like constructed parts on the circle.

7. I do believe it might have been volcanic activity in the area and even on (or in) the circle after the ice age, or before, but then it do not fit with what we know about the ice age.

8. I do believe that the circle “rests” on top of what looks like an pilar of rock, raising approx 8 meters above the surrounding bottom. The circle it self appears to be approx 4 meters thick. In other words, the top of the circle raises 12 meters above the surrounding bottom.

9. I do believe we must find out on the next expedition if the circle and the pillar are fixed in one piece or if they are separated in some way.

10. I do believe that the path, or the track, is a ridge raising slowly up from the bottom to a height of approx 8 meters above the surrounding bottom. I also believe that the ridge is made of softer material than the pillar and the circle.

“What I do not believe because I know, is the fact that we found a round hole approx 25 cm in diameter going straight into the surface of the circle, how odd is not that? How deep? No idea, we just saw it for some seconds before we decided to back off to preserve the visibility for the divers that was going down later on. VUE D'ENSEMBLE DES CHANGEMENTS IMPORTANTS DE LA CIVILISATION MONDIALE

INTRODUCTION

Aussi incroyable que cela puisse paraître à beaucoup de monde, l'humanité terrestre traverse un processus de changement évolutionnaire dans sa manière d'expérimenter la vie.  Nous devrions devenir une civilisation galactique qui  inter-agirait  positivement  avec plusieurs civilisations  de notre galaxie et univers, et aussi  avec d'autres univers.  C'est notre véritable destinée de passer d'une société basée sur la peur et la compétition à une société basée sur l'amour, la paix et l'harmonie.  L'actuel  chaos est simplement une partie de l'accélération du changement.

Nous vivons dans un univers invisible (souvent appelé les  royaumes spirituels, ou le Ciel) ainsi que dans un univers visible, celui qui apparaît comme le seul à la plupart des gens. La vraie vérité nous a été cachée afin  qu'éventuellement nous nous rappelions et découvrions qui nous sommes réellement, de grands êtres immortels de connaissance universelle et de sagesse, reliés étroitement à nos frères  et sours de l'espace, et à ceux des royaumes spirituels.  Malheureusement beaucoup de gouvernements, religions et philosophies ont été manipulés pour nous cacher une bonne partie de la vérité afin que certains puissent garder le pouvoir et le contrôle.  Les récentes représailles des soi-disant attaques terroristes aux Etats-Unis montreront, le temps venu, être une des dernières tentatives pour nous garder sous contrôle.  Cependant, il est temps qu'un grand changement dans la compréhension des populations mondiales ait lieu, dont la plupart souhaitent la paix  malgré ce qui nous est présenté par les média manipulées.

Beaucoup de  gens ont  l'impression  que « quelque chose est sur le point d'arriver », mais parce qu'une grande partie de l'actuel changement se situe dans le monde invisible, avant qu'il se manifeste dans l'univers visible, il est difficile au départ de comprendre ce qui se passe.  Nous avons en effet fait partie d'une  grande « expérience »,  et avons accepté à un plus haut niveau de compréhension d'être ici lors de cette excitante « fin des temps »,  la fin d'une civilisation  et le début d'une nouvelle, appelée le Septième Age d'Or que nous allons co-créer.

Beaucoup de choses ont été écrites, expliquées, et prophétisées  au sujet de notre futur.  Certaines de ces informations étaient vraies au moment de leur  émission, mais depuis, cela  a été modifié.  D'autres informations n'ont jamais été vraies, et étaient faites  pour nous manipuler. Et d'autres informations étaient correctes et restent encore aujourd'hui valides.  Faire le tri parmi tout ceci s'avère difficile.  C'est pourquoi ce qui est « vrai » pour une personne  n'est pas nécessairement « vrai »   pour quelqu'un d'autre.  Vous avez besoin d'utiliser votre discernement pour toute information, même pour ce qui est présenté dans cet article.  Les gens s'éveillent à des niveaux différents alors que nous continuons d'apprendre.

Une certaine information est difficile à accepter, telle la nature de notre terre creuse et les anciennes civilisations qui y vivent encore,    de même que le fait que plusieurs personnes  aient  fait des voyages dans le temps afin de modifier le futur de cette planète et de cet univers, il y a des éons, ainsi que le fait que nous ayons découvert comment fabriquer les vaisseaux de guerre invisibles et le voyage dans le temps depuis 1943  et également comment le Programme lunaire d'Apollo était une technologie supérieure secrète.  Des voyages secrets ont eu lieu pour établir des bases sur la Lune et Mars, et explorer d'autres parties de notre système solaire depuis le début des années 60.  Finalement, pour aiguiser un peu plus votre appétit, ou  pour vous rendre plus sceptique, selon  votre chemin d'éveil, il est prévu que la Terre  ralentisse sa rotation, s'arrête, et inverse son spin, sans catastrophes,  et qu'elle soit   déplacée dans l'espace avec les reste du système solaire pour faire partie du système des étoiles de Sirius !



ASCENSION  ET CHANGEMENT DIMENSIONNEL

La Terre possède une conscience propre, elle est un être vivant.  Le Plan Divin du Créateur, que nous suivons tous, consciemment ou inconsciemment, appelle la Terre à ascensionner de la réalité que nous connaissons de 3e dimension, vers la 4e dimension (une existence intermédiaire ou temporaire) et ensuite à la 5e dimension.  On pense depuis longtemps que ceci se passerait  à la fin de 2012, ou avant.  L'humanité, et  toute forme de vie doivent être prêts à ascensionner, ou à élever leur vibration, pour passer avec la planète.  La plupart des gens n'ont plus le temps de passer par des processus  séparés et individuels d'ascension qui pourraient prendre encore 200 ou 390 ans.  Ils se trouvent dans leur dernière incarnation et doivent ascensionner pour aider à établir la nouvelle création sur Terre et  dans tout l'univers.  Ceci signifie qu'ils  conserveraient  leurs corps et les rameneraient  graduellement  de retour à l'âge de 30 ans.  Ceux qui ne seront pas prêts  s'incarneront de nouveau en 3e dimension sur une autre planète.  Ils ne peuvent pas revenir sur la nouvelle Terre de dimension plus élevée.  Le contrat de certaines personnes est fini et elles doivent retourner dans leurs planètes d'origine, si elles  le souhaitent, et même ascensionner  au-delà de la 5e dimension.  Personne sur Terre   n'était originaire de cette planète.

L'ascension est l'intégration de l'esprit et de la matière.  C'est le processus où les corps physique, émotionnel, mental et spirituel se combinent pour créer un être pleinement conscient. Nous prenons un Corps de Lumière. Nous sommes vraiment des êtres spirituels ayant vécu une expérience humaine.  Nous avons d'autres aspects de nous-mêmes qui existent dans d'autres mondes, dimensions ou réalités.  En essence, nous sommes des Anges physiques avec un problème géant d'amnésie.  A travers l'ascension, nous réaliserons que nous sommes tous connectés, nous sommes tous Un avec toute forme de vie dans l'univers.  Tout vient d'un Créateur.  Des races différentes, la guerre, la possession des terres, sont en effet tous les aspects de notre monde actuel, vraiment illusoires.  Nous vivons dans un hologramme géant.

Plusieurs dimensions, connues aussi comme plans, demeures, et mondes parallèles co-existent dans un même espace. Ils diffèrent simplement par leurs  niveaux de vibration. Lorsque nous élevons suffisamment notre vibration, nous changeons de dimension.  Une mesure de  taux vibratoire de la Terre, son pouls, est la Résonance de Schumann, que  certains  de nos scientifiques mesurent autrement que selon  l'information qui nous vient  des royaumes supérieurs.  Pendant de nombreuses années, elle se situait à 7.8 cycles par seconde (hertz).  Elle a commencé à monter au moment de la Convergence Harmonique, en Août 1987, l'année d'un grand éveil spirituel.  En théorie, lorsqu'elle est constamment à 13.0, nous sommes en 4e dimension.  En accord avec diverses sources, nous sommes à 12.9 depuis un certain temps, et nous passerons à 13.8 dans un futur proche.

Il est prévu que l'ascension  s'effectue lorsque nous serons pleinement exposés aux énergies de la Ceinture de Photons.  C'est une bande d'énergie de type toroïdal que notre système solaire travers deux fois en 26.000 ans.  Chaque passage lors des cycles précédents a duré 2.000 ans.  Nous sommes actuellement sur la ceinture, mais protégés d'une ascension prématurée fatale, par un champ d'énergie holographique placé autour de notre système solaire par la Fédération Galactique de Lumière, notre  alliée issue d'autres civilisations dans notre Voie Lactée galactique.  Alors que notre taux vibratoire s'élève, certaines énergies photoniques sont libérées dans notre système solaire.

En principe, un système de 12 brins d'ADN/ARN remplacera notre système actuel de 2 brins.  Nous aurons augmenté notre système de vortex d'énergie  de 7 chakras à un système de 13 chakras.  Nous utiliserons consciemment aussi  100 % de notre cerveau, au lieu des 10 à 20% qui sont utilisés actuellement.  La pleine conscience nous sera rendue, c'est-à-dire la  conscience du pourquoi nous sommes ici, ce que nous allons faire dans le futur, et ce que nos vies passées ont été. Nous aurons une connaissance universelle à portée de  main, ou plutôt, nos récepteurs du cerveau l'auront, et nous aurons des capacités supra-humaines.

DES HUMAINS GALACTIQUES

En tant qu'humains galactiques  (anges physiques), nous serons capables d'interagir avec  toutes les formes de vie conscientes dans notre galaxie, univers et au-delà.  Nous récupérerons les pouvoirs extraterrestres que nous avons perdus depuis plusieurs vies.  La télépathie, la  téléportation, et le voyage interplanétaire sans vaisseau de l'espace seront possibles en utilisant notre corps de Lumière ou Merkaba.

Certaines personnes seront capables de revisiter ou de revenir à leur planète d'origine.  Certains aideront à repeupler Mars, Venus, et Maldek qui sera reformée  dans la Ceinture d'Astéroïdes.  La majorité des êtres humains resteront sur Terre pour le Nouvel Age Doré, et participeront à sa création.  La Terre sera une vitrine planétaire, un centre majeur d'échanges, conférences, et le siège de l'Union Intergalactique de plusieurs galaxies voisines.

Ceux qui peupleront la Terre deviendront de véritables Hôtes qui  ancreront la Lumière et soutiendront  les nouds énergétiques et treillis autour de la planète et des grands temples.  Les baleines et dauphins ont été maltraités par cette tâche  depuis  bien longtemps. Nous vivrons dans de magnifiques cités cristallines à l'intérieur de la Terre, bien qu'elles sembleront être à la surface. C'est ainsi que toutes les dimensions supérieures vivent sur d'autres planètes.  C'est ainsi que beaucoup de Lémuriens et Atlantéens vivent déjà  sous l'écorce de notre Terre creuse. Nous allons les retrouver bientôt. Notre nouvelle civilisation sera à nouveau basée sur des concepts spirituels de la Lémurie, qui à son tour, était basée sur les concepts de Sirius B.

Notre actuelle structure de gouvernements cessera d'exister.  Des  êtres hautement intelligents nous aideront à mettre en place des nouveaux conseils de  gouvernance basés sur  des principes universels appropriés.  Nous aurons notre  mot à dire dans ces nouveaux gouvernements, sans interférence  de ceux qui contrôlent actuellement les gouvernements.

LE GOUVERNEMENT DE L'OMBRE ET LE CONTROLE

Une des grandes restrictions de notre progrès est le contrôle répressif des gouvernements mondiaux « officiels » par un Gouvernement de l'Ombre, qui limite aussi le type de nouvelles ou de « vérités » que nous transmettent les  médias mondiaux.

C'est pourquoi tellement de gens ne sont pas au courant des actuels et futurs changements de civilisation.  C'est la raison pour laquelle la télévision et les jounaux nous présentent   la plupart du temps des nouvelles basées sur la peur. 

Maintenir les gens dans la peur et l'angoisse à travers les nouvelles au sujet des affaires financières, des guerres et de la violence,  le contrôle mental,   les aliments nocifs, les boissons, les drogues légales et illégales, ainsi que d'être  soumis aux « chemtrails », voilà  certains des moyens qui maintiennent  nos vibrations à un bas niveau.  Cela fait que l'ascension est d'autant plus difficile à réaliser.

Le contrôle négatif a aussi été un aspect de plusieurs religions et des groupes philosophiques, depuis longtemps.  La bonne nouvelle est que cette manipulation et ce contrôle des sociétés mondiales va rapidement se terminer.  Un Nouvel Ordre Mondial/Gouvernement Mondial dictatorial, déguisé  en tant  que programme de globalisation démocratique, ne sera pas permis par les royaumes supérieurs intervenant pour notre compte.  Nous avons  donné l'accord pour cette intervention avant de nous incarner ici, en dépit de l'opinion de certains qui y voient un frein  au « libre  arbitre » et qui n'y voient pas  le plan divin du Créateur. Ceux qui ne croient pas dans un Créateur ou  dans ce plan auront une grande surprise !

Des révélations sur  la façon dont  nous avons été manipulés vont bientôt être révélées, et de merveilleux changements vont pouvoir commencer.

 On sait maintenant que le Gouvernement de l'Ombre, à son tour, a été contrôlé par des êtres extraterrestres négatifs qui leur ont fourni  une technologie avancée en contrepartie  de leur contrôle  de la Terre.  Cependant, nous ne devons pas haïr ces aspects de notre société. Nous avons sans doute tous eu des traits négatifs dans nos vies passées simplement pour en faire l'expérience ! C'est mieux de leur envoyer de l'amour et de n'avoir  rien à faire de leurs schémas de contrôle à chaque fois que nous avons le choix.  Dans un futur proche, toute l'ombre sur Terre sera transmutée en Lumière, et  de ce fait, il sera crée une plus forte Lumière.  Plusieurs des alliés de l'Ombre du Gouvernement  font maintenant partie des  forces de Lumière dans cette Galaxie.  Plusieurs personnes du Gouvernement de l'Ombre se sont alignées avec la Lumière.  Ceux qui restent peuvent  soit faire de même, ou continuer à s'incarner dans une autre planète de 3e dimension jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient prêts à ascensionner dans des dimensions supérieures.  C'est leur choix.

INTELLIGENCE SUPERIEURE

Notre univers fait partie de la vie à plusieurs niveaux de l'évolution. Nous sommes plus ou moins à l'arrière, mais sommes sur le point de faire un pas de géant pour aller dans la direction qui monte.  La plus haute intelligence  est représentée par les  énergies collectives que nous appelons Dieu, ou de nombreux autres termes.  A partir de là, en descendant plusieurs niveaux de vibration, connus comme dimensions, plans ou demeures, existent de nombreux êtres, initialement en forme spirituelle, ensuite semi-solide, et ensuite en corps denses tels les nôtres.  Nous connaissons ces êtres appelés  Elohims,  Archanges, Seigneurs de Lumière, Anges, Maîtres Ascensionnés, et finalement   extraterrestres qui ont des corps humanoïdes ou ceux que nous appelons, dinoides, insectoides et reptiliens.   La télévision révèle certaines formes dans des films tels « Star Trek ».  Nous avons tous existé dans ces formes supérieures d'énergie dans le temps, mais sommes entrelacés avec d'autres aspects de nous-mêmes.  Nous faisons chacun partie d'un groupe d'âmes d'approximativement 12 âmes, et faisons partie d'une famille d'âmes d'environ 144 êtres.

Des milliards d'âmes (aspects de Dieu) furent envoyés sur Terre pour voir s'ils pouvaient trouver leur chemin de retour à la vibration de Dieu ou de la plus pure lumière sans mémoire d'où ils étaient issus.  Ceci n'avait jamais été  fait de cette façon nulle part auparavant.   C'est le caractère unique de notre situation actuelle ou « expérience ».   La Terre est le pivot pour le changement et la paix dans cette galaxie et dans cet univers.  L'évolution ailleurs ne peut pas se dérouler avec succès à moins que nous  ascensionnons dans la 5e dimension.  Plusieurs civilisations nous observent avec un grand intérêt.  Les dimensions supérieures peuvent regarder les dimensions inférieures, mais nous ne pouvons pas voir les dimensions supérieures à partir d'ici.  Depuis quelque temps, l'humanité a eu virtuellement un accès illimité aux êtres supérieurs de Lumière qui fournissent guidance à travers les contacts des channels et parfois même en se manifestant sous forme éthérique ou physique.

INTERVENTION DIVINE

L'Intervention Divine sur les affaires d'une planète peut se produire lorsque le progrès spirituel est entravé.  En effet, ceci fait partie de notre contrat d'incarnation qui le prévoit à notre niveau d'évolution, avant de nous connecter à nouveau, de manière permanente, avec d'autres civilisations galactiques.

L'intervention est menée à un niveau physique par nos frères et sours de l'espace, et à un niveau spirituel par la Hiérarchie Spirituelle.  Nos frères de l'espace font partie de la Fédération Galactique de Lumière, une espèce de « Nations Unies » de notre galaxie, comprenant plus de 200.000 ou 90% de civilisations qui la composent.  Elle fut formée il y a plus de 4 millions d'années.  Environ 60% d'êtres physiques de notre galaxie sont d'apparence non-humanoïde.

Ces deux types voyagent dans les vaisseaux de l'espace.  Un groupe inter-galactique de vaisseaux et de personnel, le Commandement Ashtar, travaille de près avec la Fédération Galactique.  La Hiérarchie Spirituelle est composée par les ordres des Elohims, le Conseils des Seigneurs du Temps, les  Royaumes Angéliques, les Maîtres Ascensionnés, et le  royaume des Devas.  Ils n'ont pas besoin de vaisseaux, bien que les Maîtres Ascensionnés soient  souvent  dans les vaisseaux du Commandement d'Ashtar.

Incidemment, les Seigneurs du Temps régulent le temps, qui avec la Lumière, sont les deux éléments qui composent la Création.

La Fédération Galactique a plus de 18 millions de vaisseaux de l'espace dans notre système solaire à tout moment, faisant des rotations à partir d'une base plus vaste.  La compétition est forte parmi les membres afin d'être ici et d'aider dans cette période importante de « fin des temps » ! Certains vaisseaux-mère font des milliers de kilomètres de long.  Les plus petites navettes sont celles qui sont aperçues dans notre atmosphère.

Un plan du Premier Contact a été mis en place par la Fédération il y a environ  dix ans.  Celui-ci devrait très probablement culminer par des apparitions massives de vaisseaux, un changement des structures de gouvernement mondiales, une unification de toutes les sociétés, et un retour à notre souveraineté personnelle.  Ensuite, on nous montrera comment gérer et nous adapter à l'ascension et à  la pleine conscience.  La plupart  devrait être menée sur les vaisseaux de l'espace et à l'intérieur des magnifiques cités souterraines.

CHANGEMENTS TERRESTRES

Il est nécessaire pour la Terre de se nettoyer et de s'équilibrer en vue de l'ascension.  Cette préparation fait partie de plusieurs conditions climatiques extrêmes que la planète a traversées au cours des années passées.  Beaucoup d'activité volcanique et sismique a soulagé les plaques tectoniques sous-marines de la Lémurie dans l'Océan Pacifique (qui sombra il y a environ 25.000 années), et de l'Atlantide dans l'Océan Atlantique (il y a 12.000 années).  Faisant partie de ce rééquilibrage, ces masses de terre de la Lémurie et lde 'Atlantide doivent refaire surface.  Elles possèdent d'anciens temples et pyramides, qui devront être réactivés.

Le  magma qui bouillonne à l'intérieur de la croûte terrestre a chauffé les océans depuis un certain temps.  Ceci cause les soi-disant effets de El Nino et la Nina, en particulier dans les régions équatoriales.

Deux grands cristaux de glace, connus comme les firmaments, se  reformeront autour de la planète.  Ces couches conservent certaines énergies contenues dans la Terre et fourniront à toute la planète un climat semi-tropical.   Ils empêchent aussi les rayons nocifs de toucher la terre à partir de l'espace extérieur.  L'eau de la fonte des calottes polaires et de l'océan sera utilisée pour ces firmaments.  L'effondrement de ces couches dans les temps anciens fut la cause de grandes inondations et de pertes de vie sur la planète. Les gens dans ces temps étaient deux fois plus grands que ce que nous sommes maintenant du fait  de la protection contre la dégradation de l'ADN. Les couches se formeront à partir de 4.500 à 5.500 m, et de 10.700 à 11.600 m. Les ouvertures se produiront aux Pôles Nord et Sud, et les firmaments seront plus hauts le long des contours de hautes montagnes.

D'autres modifications géographiques se produiront, et de nouvelles mers et lacs intérieurs seront formés.  Toutes les formes de vie, les animaux, et plantes seront retirés de Terre avant que cela n'arrive.  L'humanité sera essentiellement déménagée vers les cités de l'intra Terre pendant que ceci aura  lieu.  Même après notre ascension, certains changements terrestres continueront à avoir lieu.

LE FUTUR PROCHE

Davantage de personnes sont capables de confirmer ce qui se passe en se connectant à leur Soi Supérieur, leur Présence Je Suis pendant la méditation.  Ce « processus intérieur » a été pratiqué sur Terre bien avant que les religions et les groupes philosophiques ne soient formés.  Les gens peuvent aider en visualisant les énergies de Lumière sous la forme d'amour inconditionnel qui s'ancrent dans et sur la planète.  L'amour réussit tout ! Il produit la paix, la guérison, l'harmonie et l'unité.

Les changements anticipés vers un nouveau système monétaire et l'abandon de la dette mondiale pourraient  changer les structures du gouvernement dans un futur proche.  Si les quelques cabales de l'ombre qui contrôlent la planète ne permettent pas ces changements, alors le  Premier Contact avec nos amis de l'espace et spirituels pourrait avoir lieu plus tôt que prévu.  Si les changements ont lieu, alors une plus grande abondance financière et spirituelle sera disponible à toute l'humanité.  Les divisions entre les races et les pays cesseront d'exister.

Il y a plusieurs personnes qui travaillent discrètement au sein du gouvernement, des systèmes judiciaires et financiers  pour aider à la mise en place de ces changements. Nous devrions en entendre parler bientôt.  Plus de types d'énergie libre deviendront disponibles, en particulier pour l'utilisation dans nos maisons et les systèmes de transport.  Ces inventions sont disponibles depuis un certain temps.  Ceci a été montré dans le Projet de Révélation du Dr Steven Greer et ses amis qui expliquent au monde l'étendue des relations secrètes avec les civilisations ET  depuis les derniers 60 ans.  Nous sommes au Temps de la Vérité où plusieurs des vérités cachées, même celles du Gouvernement de l'Ombre doivent être dévoilées.

L'événement de plusieurs changements catastrophiques sur Terre, produisant de nombreuses pertes de vie,  n'aura probablement pas lieu à cause d'une  élèvation  de la conscience collective qui s'est produite  quelques semaines après les atrocités du  11 Septembre, causées non pas par des terroristes isolés mais par certaines personnes contrôlant le Gouvernement Américain. Il est encore possible que de temps  en temps quelque activité volcanique ou sismique puisse encore avoir lieu.

Ces êtres chers qui nous ont quittés pourraient nous rejoindre dans les dimensions supérieures, si cela est leur choix.  D'autres êtres qui sont morts, ou qui vont le  faire dans le futur, peuvent avoir déjà décidé à un niveau supérieur qu'ils ne sont pas encore prêts pour l'ascension dans les dimensions supérieures. Ils vont se réincarner sur une planète de 3e dimension, possiblement dans la grande planète Nibiru, qui fera bientôt partie de notre système solaire.

As incredible as it may seem to many people, humanity on Earth is in the process of an evolutionary change in how we experience life. We are to become a galactic civilisation, interacting positively with the many star system civilisations in our galaxy and universe, and indeed other universes. It is our true destiny to change from a society based on fear and competition, to one based on love, peace, and harmony. The current chaos is merely part of the quickening change.

We live in an invisible universe (often referred to as spiritual realms, or Heaven) as well as the visible universe, which is the only part most people believe exists. The real truth has been hidden from us so we would eventually remember and discover who we really are, great immortal beings of universal knowledge and wisdom, closely connected to our physical brothers and sisters in space, and those in the spiritual realms. Unfortunately many governments, religions, and philosophies have been manipulated to keep much of the truth from us so others could retain power and control. The recent retaliation to so-called terrorist attacks in the USA will, in time, be shown to be one of the final attempts to keep us under control. However, it is time for a great change in understanding by world populations, who mainly want peace, despite what is presented to us by a manipulated mass media.
Many people feel "something is about to happen", but because much of the current change is in the invisible universe, before manifesting in the visible universe, it is difficult to comprehend at first. We have actually been part of a grand "experiment", having agreed at a higher level of understanding to be here in these exciting "end times", the end of one civilisation, and the beginning of a new one, known as the Seventh Golden Age that we will co-create.
Much has been written, spoken, and prophesised about our future. Some of this information was true at the original time of recording, but has since changed. Some of it was never true, and was intended to manipulate us. And some information was correct and still holds firm today. Sorting all this out is the difficult part. That is why what is "truth" for one person, is not necessarily "truth" for someone else. You need to apply your own discernment to all information, including what I am presenting in this article. People are waking up in varying degrees as we continue our learning.

Some information is difficult to absorb, such as the nature of our hollow Earth and the ancient civilisations still living there. Like the fact that many people have actually traveled back in time to change the future of this planet and universe, many eons ago. And like the fact we have discovered how to make war ships invisible and time travel again, since 1943. And how the Apollo Moon Program was a cover-up of higher technology. Secret trips had already been made to establish bases on the Moon and Mars, and to explore other parts of our solar system since the early 60s. Finally, to whet your appetite a little more, or make you more skeptical, depending on where your awakening path is at, Earth is expected to slow its rotation, stop, and reverse its spin without catastrophes, along with being moved in
space with the rest of the solar system to become part of the Sirian star system!

Ascension and Dimensional Shifts

The Earth has a consciousness of its own, it is a living being. The Divine Plan of the Creator, which we all follow, knowingly or unknowingly, calls for the Earth to ascend from the reality we know as the 3rd Dimension, to the 4th Dimension (an intermediate or temporary existence) and then to the 5th Dimension. This has long been suggested to be around the end of 2012, or earlier. Humanity, and all other life must be ready to ascend, or increase vibration,
to move with the planet. Most people no longer have the time to go through separate and individual ascension processes that could take another 200 or 390 years. They are in their last incarnation and should ascend to help establish the next creation on Earth and the whole universe. This means keeping these bodies and gradually bringing them back to about the age of 30. Those not ready, will incarnate back into the 3rd Dimension on another planet. They cannot return to the higher dimension Earth. Some people's "contract" is up and they will return to previous star systems, if they wish, and even ascend higher than the 5th Dimension. No one on Earth was originally from this planet.

Ascension is the integration of spirit and matter. It is the process where our physical, emotional, mental, and all spiritual bodies combine to create a fully conscious being. We take on a Light body. We are really spiritual beings having a human experience. We have other aspects of ourselves who exist on other worlds, in other dimensions or realities. In essence, we are all physical Angels with a giant amnesia problem. Through ascension, we realise we are all connected; we are all One with all other life in the universe. Everything came from one Creator. Race differences, war, owning property, land rights, in fact all aspects of our current world, are really illusory. We live in a giant hologram.

Many dimensions, also known as planes, mansions, and parallel worlds exist in the same space. They only differ by degrees of vibration. When we increase our vibration sufficiently, we change dimension. A measure of the vibration rate of the Earth, its heartbeat, is the Schumann Resonance, which appears to be measured differently by some
Earth scientists compared with higher realm information. For years it stayed at 7. 8 cycles per second (hertz). It began moving up at the time of the Harmonic Convergence, August 1987, the year of much spiritual awakening. In theory, when it is constantly at 13. 0, we are in the 4th Dimension. According to some sources we have been sitting at 12. 9 for some time, and will move to 13. 8 in the near future.

Ascension is expected to be achieved when we are fully exposed to the photon belt energies. This is a toroid-shaped energy band that our solar system passes through twice in a 26,00 year cycle. Each pass in previous cycles has lasted about 2,000 years. We are currently in the belt, but protected from premature fatal ascension by a holographic energy field placed around our solar system by the Galactic Federation of Light, our allies from other civilisations in our Milky Way Galaxy. As our vibration rate increases, some photon energies are gradually released into our solar system.

Initially, a 12-strand RNA/DNA system will have replaced our body's current 2-strand system. We will have increased our 7-chakra system of body energy vortexes to a 13-chakra system. We will also consciously use 100 percent of our brain, instead of the 10 to 20 percent currently utilised. Full consciousness will return to us, that is the awareness of why we are here, what we are to do in the future, and what our past lives have been. We will have universal knowledge at our finger tips, or rather, our brain receptors, and have super-human abilities.

Galactic Humans

As ascended galactic humans (physical angels), we will be able to interact with all sentient life forms in our galaxy, universe, and beyond. We will regain extraterrestrial powers that we lost many lifetimes ago. Telepathy, teleportation, and interplanetary travel without space craft will be possible using our Light body or merkaba.
Some people will be able to revisit or return to their previous star system that they came from. Some will help to repopulate Mars, Venus, and Maldek which will be re-formed from the Asteroid Belt. The majority will stay on Earth for the new Golden Age, and will help create it. Earth will be a showcase planet, a major centre for trade, conferences, and headquarters for the Intergalactic Union of many galaxies near us.
Those who populate Earth will become her true stewards, anchoring Light and supporting energy nodes and grids around the planet at great temples. The whales and dolphins have been burdened with this task for far too long. We will live in magnificent crystalline cities within the Earth, although they will seem as if they are on the surface. This is how all higher dimension civilisations live on other planets. It is how many Lemurians and Atlanteans already live
within the shell of our hollow Earth. We will be meeting them soon. Our new civilisation will again be based on spiritual concepts of Lemuria, which in turn, was based on Sirius B concepts.
Our current structure of governments will cease. Higher intelligent beings will help us set up new governing councils based on appropriate universal principles. We will have the final say in fine-tuning new government, without interference from those who currently control governments.

Shadow Government and Control

One of the greatest restrictions to our progress is the repressive control of world "official" governments by a secretive Shadow Government, which also limits the type of daily news or "truth" we receive through the world's mass media. This is why many people are not aware of the current and coming great changes to civilisation. It is the reason we have fear-based news most of the time on television and in newspapers.
Keeping people in fear and distress through news, financial matters, wars and violence, and mind control, plus filled with harmful foods, drinks, legal and illegal drugs, as well as being subjected to harmful chemtrails, are some of the means to keep our vibrations low. This makes ascension so much harder to achieve.

This negative control has also been an aspect of many religions and philosophical groups for a long time. The good news is that this manipulation and control of worldwide societies is quickly coming to an end. A dictatorial New World Order/One World Government, masquerading as a democratic globalisation program, will not be allowed by higher realms intervening on our behalf. We agreed to this intervention before incarnating here, despite some people believing it contravenes `free choice", which it does not under the Creator's divine plan. Those who don't believe in a Creator or this plan are in for a big surprise!
Disclosures on how we have been manipulated are soon to be announced, and will commence some wonderful changes.
The little known aspect of the Shadow Government is that it, in turn, has been controlled by negative extraterrestrial beings who have given them much advanced technology for their control on Earth. However, we should not hate these aspects of our society. We have probably all exhibited negative traits in past lives just for the experience! It is best to send them love and have nothing to do with their controlling schemes whenever we have the choice. In the near future, all darkness on Earth will be transmuted to Light, and in doing so, will create a stronger Light. Many of the Shadow Government former ET dark allies, are now part of the forces of Light in this galaxy. Many former Shadow Government people have also now aligned with the Light. The remaining ones can either do the same, or continue incarnating on another 3rd Dimension planet until they are ready to ascend to higher dimensions. It is their choice.

Higher Intelligence

Our universe is teaming with life at various levels of evolution. We are more or less at the bottom, but are about to make a giant move in the "up" direction. The highest intelligence is the collective energies we term God, the Creator, or numerous other terms. From here, and down through many descending levels of vibration, known as dimensions, planes, or mansions, exist a multitude of beings, initially in spiritual form, then semi-solid, and then in dense bodies like our current ones. We know these beings by terms such as Elohim, Archangels, Lords of Light, Angels, Ascended Masters, and finally extraterrestrials, who have humanoid bodies or those we can call dinoid, insectoid, and reptoid. Television reveals some of these forms in shows like "Star Trek". We have all existed in these higher energy forms before, but intertwined with other aspects of ourselves. We are each part of a soul group of approximately 12
souls, and part of a soul family of approximately 144.
Billions of souls (aspects of God) were sent to Earth to see if they could rind their way back to the vibration of God or the purest Light without memory of where they had been. This has never been done in this way anywhere before. Thus the uniqueness of our current situation or "experiment". Earth is the fulcrum for change and peace in this galaxy and universe. Evolution elsewhere cannot proceed successfully until we ascend to the 5th Dimension. Many civilisations are watching us with intense interest. Higher dimensions can see through to lower dimensions, but we cannot see higher dimensions from here. In recent years, mankind has had virtually unlimited access to the highest beings of Light who provide guidance through channeled contacts and sometimes even manifesting in etheric or physical form.
Divine Intervention
Divine intervention is allowed to occur in a planet's affairs when spiritual progress is hindered. In fact it is part of our
incarnation contract which calls for it at our stage of evolution, before we connect permanently again with other galactic civilisations.

The intervention is carried out at a physical level by our space brothers and sisters, and at a spiritual level by the Spiritual Hierarchy. Our space brethren include the Galactic Federation of Light, a sort of "United Nations" of our galaxy, comprising over 200, 000 or 90% of the civilisations in it. It was formed over 4 million years ago. About 60% of physical beings in our galaxy are non-humanoid in appearance. Both types travel in spacecraft. An inter-galactic group of ships and personnel, the Ashtar Command, work closely with the Galactic Federation. The Spiritual Hierarchy consists of the Elohim orders, the Time Lord councils, the Angelic realms, Ascended Masters, and the Devic kingdom. They don't need space craft, although the Ascended Masters often "hang out" in Ashtar Command ships.
Incidentally, the Time Lords regulate time, which together with Light, are the two elements that compose Creation.
The Galactic Federation have over 18 million space craft in our solar system at any one time, rotating from a much larger base. Competition is high among members to be here and assist at this great "end times" period! Some mother ships are thousands of kilometres long. The smaller shuttle craft are more commonly seen in our atmosphere.
A first contact program by the Federation has been in place for about 10 years now. This will most likely culminate in mass sightings of craft, a change in world governance structures, a unification of all societies, and a return of our personal sovereignty. Then, we can be shown how to handle and adapt to ascension and full consciousness. Much of this is expected to be carried out on spacecraft and within magnificent underground cities.

Earth Changes

It is necessary for the Earth to cleanse and rebalance herself in preparation for ascension. This preparation has been part of the reason for many extreme weather conditions that the planet has been going through in recent years. Much volcanic and earthquake activity has been loosening the tectonic underwater landmasses of Lemuria in the Pacific Ocean (which sank about 25, 000 years ago), and Atlantis in the Atlantic Ocean (which sank about 12, 000 years ago). As part of the rebalancing, these landmasses of Lemuria and Atlantis must come to the surface. They hold ancient temples and pyramids, which have to be reactivated.
Magma upwelling within the Earth's shell towards her solid crust has been heating the oceans for some time now. This causes the so-called El Nino and La Nina effects, particularly in equatorial regions.
Two large ice crystal layers, known as firmaments, will be re-formed around the planet. These layers keep certain energies contained on Earth and will give the whole planet a semi-tropical climate. They also prevent degrading rays from reaching Earth from outer space. Water from the melting polar caps and seawater will be used in the firmaments. The collapse of these layers in ancient times were the cause of great floods and much loss of life on the planet. People in those times were twice as tall as we are now due to the protection from DNA degradation. The layers will form from about 15,000 to 18,000 ft (4,00m to 5, 500m), and from 35,000 to 38,0ft (10,700 to 11,600m). Gaps will occur at the North and South Poles, and the firmaments will be higher when following contours of high mountain
ranges.
Other landmasses will alter, and more seas and inland lakes will be formed. All life forms, animals, and plants will be removed before this happens. Humanity will be mainly relocated into inner Earth cities while all this occurs. Even after our ascension, some Earth changes are expected to continue.

The Near Future

More people can now confirm what is happening by tuning into their Higher Self /Soul/I Am Presence during meditation. This "going within" process has been practiced on Earth well before religions and philosophical groups formed. People can assist by visualising Light energies in the form of unconditional love anchoring onto and
within the planet. Love conquers all! It produces peace, healing, harmony, and oneness.
The anticipated changes to a new monetary system and world forgiveness of debt is likely to also change government structures in the near future. If the few remaining controlling cabals on this planet don't allow these changes, then first contact with our space and spiritual friends is likely to be brought on more quickly than expected. Should the changes occur, then greater financial and spiritual abundance will be available to all mankind. Divisions
between races and countries will cease.
There are many people working quietly in the wings of government, judicial and financial systems to assist the implementation of these changes. We should be introduced to them soon. More free energy devices will become available, particularly for powering our homes and transport systems. These inventions have been available for some time. This has been pointed out in the Disclosure Project crusade, headed by Dr Steven Greer and friends who are
showing the world the extent of Earth's secret contact with ET civilisations over the last 60 years. We are in the Time of Truth where many hidden truths, including those of the Shadow Government must come to the surface.
The occurrence of many disastrous Earth changes, producing much loss of life, is now unlikely due to the great increase in mass consciousness in recent weeks since the September 11 atrocities, caused not by isolated terrorists but by those people controlling the US Government. It is still possible though, on a day-to-day basis, that some volcanic and earthquake activity will still occur.
Those loved ones who have already passed over are likely to join us in higher dimensions, if that was their choice. Others who have, and will pass over in the future, may already have decided at a higher level that they are not ready for ascension to higher dimensions yet. They will reincarnate onto a 3rd dimensional planet, possibly held within the large battle planet Nibiru, soon to become a part of our solar system.
